At ANTBOOK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy below.
Digital Products (Ebooks)
Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. However, if you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Physical Books
We accept returns on physical books within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The book is in its original, unused condition
- The book is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@antbook.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@antbook.store with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
