The Co-Conspirators Edition
On January 30, 2026, the Department of Justice released roughly 3 million documents under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. This was the largest single tranche of materials released, which included millions of records and thousands of videos and images from multiple investigations.
The EFTA was passed in November 2025, but the DOJ did not meet its deadline of releasing all the files on December 19, 2025.
On February 15, 2026, in a letter to Congress, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced there would be no more releases of the Epstein Files, despite another 3 million still remaining. In her letter, she stated the rationale behind heavily redacted materials (despite clear inconsistencies in the files released). Also in her letter is a list of over 300 notable names referenced in the millions of documents and media files. (including her own). She also indicated there are “pending investigations” but did not elaborate further.
For more than a decade, Jeffrey Epstein abused and trafficked minors across multiple countries. Yet to date, only one co-conspirator has been convicted: Ghislaine Maxwell, now serving a 20-year federal sentence.
Volume 6 includes the following:
Non-Prosecution Agreement prepared for Epstein by Alexander Acosta. Former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.
A list of potential co-conspirators from the New York investigation.
A heavily redacted interview between Epstein’s lawyers and a redacted source.
Summary of large sums being transferred between Epstein and Maxwell.

Over 270 never-before-seen images taken from photos and videos released under the Epstein Transparency Act.
