Description

The author had published a work titled: "A Ransom In Vain?" in 2023 which is no longer being published. That information, basically contained in Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of this new book, is still critical to the study of the Ransom. However, it seemed it needed to be expanded in order to include additional information specific to the concept of God being a God concerned for the whole universe. When Jesus died on the cross and was buried and rose again, he really was the ransom for the world. Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 contain this new information and seeks to question authors and speakers who limit the beneficiaries of the cross work of Christ. There really is "hope for every sinner," in spite of what some speakers say.

The book provides quotes of various speakers and commentaries and illustrates how they use their personal beliefs and personal processes to change the actual words in the Bible.

The book also contains an illustration taken from the author's series, "Does Your God Deceive?" volume 2 and volume 4. This illustration helps demonstrate the 2-part, 2-party nature of Reconciliation found in 2 Corinthians chapter 5 -- 1) God reconciled the world unto himself because of the work of Jesus Christ on the cross, and now 2) God, through the ambassador, beseeches humans to be reconciled to God; to be satisfied with the work of Christ on behalf of the human.

Almost 2000 years into this historical period of New Testament books and people read the words on the Bible page and still say, "Jesus did not die for the sins of all people in the world." It seems amazing! How can it be! This book attempts to demonstrate and illustrate how and where speakers and authors depart from the Bible text.

May this study challenge you to be a Berean -- What does the Word say?

Search for TRUTH as if looking for a "needle in a haystack"!
